For just under $1,000, the Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop is perfect for those hard-to-please people who want beauty along with quality. Weighing in at just around six pounds, this little laptop does much more than one would think given the size. It includes a 15.4 inch screen that features 1280 X 800 resolutions. For those who just love their media, there are a host of entertainment features and applications including a built-in webcam and dual headphone jacks. Most will agree that the best feature of the 1525 is the ability to completely customize it to your liking. You can begin with the base model, running right around $500, and build your 1525 exactly how you want it. Features for customization include 11 different color choices for the lid, Bluetooth capability and, of course, built-in wireless USB connectivity. Overall, the Dell Inspiron 1525 is an excellent choice for anyone who needs a good laptop, unless of course you need 3D graphics. This model does not handle graphics well and has no option for a dedicated video card. You can however, enjoy basic games and applications in 2D.
